You are kidding? Its not good to just look at it statistically, you have to look at individual comments.
And since there is loads made by obviously reasonable people, many times over I wouldnt touch with a barge pole.
Buzz, let us know what happens with the dispute - I'd like to see that guy go down.

nope actually I am not kidding, just giving another perspective...perhaps you are much into joking, it's not my thing. i come here to read of other peoples experiences and share mine, is all....besides that don't care care of any personal otherwise associations. so no I am not kidding....just sharing an experience with the members but thanks for reading

Dont take it to heart - I just find it hard to beleive someone could recommend such a blatently bad ebay seller.
Especially with it all being recent, and for highend phones.

I don't its not personal for me, it's just my experience with rose has been great and I don't recommend things just because, I have had bad experiences on ebay believe me, she is not one of them so I share with others, she has good prices and products. Again it is only my opinion and as such presented to the forum ;)

he does seem ok looking at his feedback
might be worth asking one of the buyers from previous feedback of a phone if they can see how the service was and if it was a euro model
nokia direct sell them for about 295 at the moment and have them in stock
the silver one did put me off ive just used him in the past and he is a very good seller
maybe even ask them for the product code number so you can check where it is from
:-)

No Gaz, I have not, but I have been communicating with them for over a week, and they are very helpful in providing all information requested thus far. I have enough confidence in them to buy my N82 Black from them now. Will let you know how I get on. Should be next week when I buy it.
