n70 quick question

Hey peeps just a quick question sitting at work here and a friend of mine has asked me to get the battery out of his N70 (black edition one) and the usual methord of pushing the button on the back doesnt work as it looks like its one unit as a whole ! any ideas ?

push on the button and slide the whole back cover down with your thumb .they are a bit awkward to be honest
