headset controls dead...
as title.
They have just stopped working now on music player... :(
Is there some setting to change to activate?
They aren't locked, and have tried everything...

What about restarting the phone with the headset plugged in then opening the music player?

I got Sennheiser headphones,you can't go wrong with a a pair of those.
