Bluetooth headset recommendation - Nokia BH-900

Just bought one of these to replace my 4 year old Sony Ericcson headset.

Have been using the BH-900 for a day or so now and it is absolutely superb. Brilliantly clear audio quality in both directions, noise-cancelling mic and a swish Star Trek-style sliding boom which brings the mic closer to the mouth and can be used to answer/end calls.

Got mine here for 46.99 - good price.

Comes with an AC-4 charger too, so handy 2nd charger for the juice-guzzling N95...!

can confirm it's a good headset. My BH-900 works better with my old Nokia 6230 than with the N95... (sound quality on 6230 is better) weird!

i bought it on your recommendation - but i can't get it to work with the n95. it pairs ok, then bonds, but after a few seconds it just disconnects.

anyone know how to get around this problem?

how come it works for you - did you upgrade your firmware?

cheers

work around

a solution appears to be here:

N95 with Nokia BH-900 headset? - Smartphones, Nseries and Eseries Devices - Nokia Support Discussions

basically you hold the power button as you turn it on, then hold down the call key for around 20secs, till after it would normally have disconnected.

the first time i tried it it didn't work, but the second it seemed to work fine.
