Yes, it does, the one which allows rotating the phone in it.

No such problem here with the front panel, slider works smoothly without any extra effort and clicks firmly into position both ends. Slider is tight as new without any fixes and I've had the phone for 9 months now. Maybe I'm just lucky.

My slider is as tight as new too - I've had mine 8 months - but the problem is there is hardly any clearance between the slider and the phone body, perhaps a half mm, so no room for the clips.

As there is no play in the N95's slider the thing just locks solid when the front of the Alu-Crystal case is on.

Bah Humbug!!!

I had mine yesterday, the only slight problem I found was that the clear front cover tags make the slider stiff to move,I asume this will get better with time and wear otherwise it does look good.

I think that either the clips will wear and the front will fall off, or the slider will wear and become loose. Mine just won't slide at all !

I also received mine, and while it is a tight fit; the N95-3 is usable in this case. Pics coming later...

I received mine today, it is a very tight fit on the N95 8gb, so much so I've had to take it off, it's just way too tight to push up as it did with the standard crystal case (99p version off eBay which seems to fit better!).

I was a little loathed to pay almost £20 for a case but was hoping that this would one be the best one out there, but the tight fit and the fact the screen scratched after only 10 minutes in my back pocket (work pants, with nothing else in there) I'm a little disappointed.

There definately seems to be a common issue here, maybe we should all email the company with this issue and see what they say to resolve this issue ..... ? I certainly won't be keeping something I paid £15 for which doesn't fit correctly, I'll just keep buying the cheap 99p ones from eBay....

Here is a quick picture of the problem I'm having and would presume everyone else is having too.... N95 8gb Proporta Case

[edit]

After a few tries, I've also found it pushes the whole phone up from the back part, so you keep having to push it back down
