Well, case #3 arrived today, fitted better, still a little stiff but it worked better than the first 2!
But .... around 10 seconds (if that!) after fitting it, one the catches on the front part snapped! I think after 3 tries, thats it now, they've had enough chances to prove their merchandise isn't up to scratch. I will be asking for a full refund including postage of the three I have here back, I don't see why I should have to pay to return their faulty items!
My suggestion on the Proporta
N95 8gb Alu-Crystal Case - keep well clear, buy a 99p one, it will work better - and yes you can quote me on that!

Just a brief update, I have had an email from Proporta today and they have refunded my money, I am a little disappointed that I can't use this case but hope that feedback will help improve the design and I will definately be keeping a close eye on any progress. I can't fault their customer service, that's definately second to none!
