N95-1 performance with big microSD cards (8gb?)

Hi, I'm thinking of buying an 8 gb microSD card for my N95-1, but am afraid such a big card could potentialy slow down the phone. What is everybody's experience on this?

Well I have a 6GB microSD card in my phone, I havn't noticed any difference in speed since I upgraded from a 2GB microSD card.

I have an 8gig and don't see any slowness issues at all. I would strongly suggest authentic SanDisk though

definitely go somewhere trusted and get a sandisk 8gb if anything mine is faster than with my old 2gb card, as its class 4

Using a Sandisk 8GB in my N95. No slowdown in performance at all. Only thing is, if you have a lot of music loaded on it (as I have, about 6GB), then music player is a bit slower to start up. But otherwise no problems.

If you had done a search my friend, you would of already found that many members here are already using the 8GB MicroSD memory card in their N95-1 without any issues whatsoever.
