What headphones should I buy? (and car mount)

I go to the gym a lot and I like listening to my music when i do mind numbing reps for my workouts. It's just hard to do this sometimes with all the wires and all...

Given that, I was wondering if anyone here can recommend wireless in ear headphones.

For the carmount:
I live in Canada (if it matters) and I was wondering what car mount would be best for using the n95-2 as my GPS. I also would prefer if it had some sort of car charger that comes with it (preferably embedded) on the unit.

Thank you in advance people!

Proclip is a bit too pricey. Thanks though. I was looking at some stuff on ebay. (for car mounts)

Here they are:
Car Mount Holder,HandsFree,Charger for Nokia N95 8GB - (eBay.ca item 120265376329 end time 31-May-08 04:49:23 EDT)

In Car Charger & Holder Mount for Nokia N95 8GB - (eBay.ca item 300228510980 end time 28-May-08 13:56:17 EDT)

Anyone have any opinion on these? Thanks. Would the microphone on the first item be really useful?

for some reaosn I can't see the pics of the first one but the second one is the one I have for the N95-1 and I love it, my only issue with it is that when going over lots of bumps it bounces a bit but it's usually resting on the dash anyway so that eliviates that problem.

ahh. Thanks Jkoppee. The second one is would set me back $14 CAD and the first one is $32. The main difference is that the first one has a speaker and a mic? (i believe). I just want to know whether it is worth it or not. Waiting to see what other people have to say.

I use the second one with a BT headset and that's a pretty good set up for me at least, plus with the headset in you can have the radio turned up and still hear the voice navigation instructions.
