Sorry to hear you have fallen prey to the counterfeiters, Im guessing you hadn't seen my the posts/threads on here prior to your purchase, or my blog, which detail vital key points on what to look out for when buying an
N95, so not to fall prey to the counterfeiters.
With regards your Clone, as Mcbain requests, photos would be ideal, not only for us to see what you are describing, but also to catalogue the images (with your permission of course), which will be used in my blog, which is mainly trying to help consumers buy genuine Nokia
N95's, showing them what to look out for with these clones, which Incidentally, there are eight cloned
N95 models in the market place right now, with each having different levels of detail, the latest does have WiFi.
Does yours have the memory card door?
What does the phone display when you enter *#0000# ?
Also, a quote from my blog..

Also, if you have been refunded after falling prey to the counterfeiters, but still have the clone in your possession, and want to help stop these falling into the hands of other unsuspecting buyers, please message me with regards sending me the handset for a short period for research purposes. Im in talks with the BBC at the moment, and they want to borrow as many clones as possible for their investigation, which I will be helping. All postage costs will be returned by the BBC. The BBC will not purchase any clone, as this is profiting the counterfeiters.
Thanks for your help, and I look forward to your message
Micky
