Conclusion: Fits like a glove! Very protective! Looks expensive and classy!
Rather than post pics, I've posted this link:

As they have good pics anyway it's also the guy I bought two cases from (1st link), (I'm thinking of cutting a couple of windows for screen and shortcut buttons hence spare case.) He is based in the UK and accepts Paypal or paying funds straight into his bank account as I did, and I received the cases the very next day by recorded delivery.
(1) The phone slides easily into that metal looking, but plastic cradle.
The cradle holds the phone by clasping onto the edges of the back cover. It holds the phone by the sides and bottom ( a U shape )
(2) All buttons and connections are accessible and easy to use while in case, such as volume, camera, memory card bay, usb and charging, although the infrared sensor is obscured, (as shown). Which seems to be a common theme with most
N95 cases, maybe they feel no one uses it much anymore. I feel that in this case (excuse the pun) it is done for strength issues.
(3) The slider works as if not in a case at all. (When flip is open, do I need to mention?)
(4) The cradle can be squeezed together quite easily when empty, and uses the phone for solidity, but it holds the phone like a vice, which I tested by shaking while upside down and at all other angles.
N95 only comes out when you shake very vigorously, while case is facing downwards, so phone can slide out of open end. It does not come out if you just hold it downwards, so no nasty accidents predicted here!
(5) To get the
N95 out you have to prise it a little from under the top near power button, for cradle to give up its grip, I've done this a few times already, and can see no marks left on phone, and cradle just bounces back into place. obviously it is not intended to be used this way, as it is designed to cradle the phone 24/7, only needing to relinquish it for battery compartment access.
(6) The camera housing fits so snugly into that apeture I dare you to cut a better measured hole! I DARE YOU! It also sits slighty higher than the lens cover slider (1mm or so,) so I predict far fewer open camera covers with this case.
(7) The case is very smooth and easily slides in and out of pockets, (maybe a disadvantage if your not careful).
(8) If dropped I feel the case would take the majority of the impact, you wouldn't find a scratch on the phone though, as the case has it covered from all angles, as mentioned before even camara housing is recessed.
(9) The only worry I have is the case clasp, as it's a knob and hole type (Insert ****ty thoughts here...), I'm worried that the hole in the leather might become weaker and wider with use, (Ok, Ok stop it!) and so not clasp as well as it does now, with a very nice loud sounding click!
(10) I'm looking into a car windscreen cradle and feel that the case and phone will fit easily into the right cradle as the flip folds all the way back and flat. Although a cradle with a charger connection may not work as the clasp end of the case may get in the way. But if your using the normal in car charger there should be no problems.
(11) Bluetooth: yes call me silly but I tested range with case on off and noticed no range reduction.
(12) Dimensions: Length 105mm, Width 58mm, Depth 28mm
That's it folks only got the case today, any issues arise and I'll let you know.
