I'm afraid it probably is. Unless this particular card shows capacity in GB instead of MB, like every single other card in existence.

Unless it goes to GB when the figure exceeds 4 digits?
It's also rounded down, as 16GB in Sandisk language is about 15.2 actual real GB nuggets.

I don't know whether that one is fake, but other photos that are not fakes are around at forums like xda-developers (posted by Sandisk testers). They also show the same screen details.
