16gb microSDHC release imminent? (New Photos inside)
Just saw this. Looks like their release is imminent (and about time too!). I will be buying one as soon as humanly possible regardless of cost, so for anyone looking for confirmation from a community member that these are working with N-Series devices I will keep you all posted.

It's kind of hard to believe that 16GB can be held in a single microSDHC chip. I recall when I thought a 64MB flashdrive was a big deal! That was only 5 years ago! Imagine if 5 years from now there will be a 16TB microSD or what ever.
I still thiink it is going to be $150 +. RIP OFF

How does that link make the release imminent? Doesn't it say what every other site that will be carrying them says?

Although £50 ain't bad for that piece of kit! I really don't see the need for a 16Gb memory card for the N95, people say they find that once the 8Gb is full they are seeing slower running times due to the amount or RAM needed to store the tables. I for one have seen this problem, so just imagine it if you double the size of the memory card!
I think I will be awaiting the N96 or another such phone with the RAM to support this large size.

i dont suffer any slow down with my 8gb card and it is full up apart from 30mb -- 100mb for pictures on the go
the gallery is a little slow the 1st time you open it from a reboot etc but it has been even with a 4gb card in it
ill defo grab a 16gb card to make my n95 last a few more months i mean ive got loads on there now full euro sat nav , 3 days of music , 2 full lenght films for tv out , :-) id put 2 more films on there so i had four movies then use the rest for more music :-)
i work that out at nearly a weeks worth of music maybe slightly more and nealry 8 hours of movie in tv quality with full euro mapping and loads of funny pics and short vids ;-) all in the small package of the n95 , you gotta love the little fella for keeping you from boredom

Its different because they are claiming to be the first to carry them - releasing through one outlet first has been Sandisk practise for both the 4 and 8GB cards, which lends some credibility to this.
