Well I got my mic sorted.
The front casing is MUCH better, Ive given it a bit of a stress test, scratching it with my fingernail pretty hard and rubbing it and the paint stays on brilliantly.
But! The rear housing is too small, it fits, just, but the buttons are too tight meaning my gallery keeps getting opened and I cant focus.
Ill be asking for another rear housing, but apart from that a good buy!

I'm most probably going to invest :D
I wonder if all the backs are small or if you were just unlucky.

Wow thats great news about the faceplate. Pitty about the back housing - mine's also a little small, but I don't seem to have the problem with my gallery button. I did however have a slight problem with the camera button but it's gotten better over time.

I may try bending it a bit, but joe still hasnt gotten back to me.
Another gripe about the case is there is a lot of light leakage from the keypad and the s60 buttons.
The centre select button is a bit hard to press, well harder then the oem one.
The on/off button works but doesn't click.
But apart from that and the small rear case its perfect!

I actually had to bend mine a little to get it to fit on 'flush'
I too have a problem with the keys - the numeric ones are sooooo hard to press, not as soft and easy as the OEM ones which I reverted back to. And the directional-pad keys look nice until the backlight shines through
btw, joe does take some time to respond. especially on weekends, which is expected seeing as it should be his day off.
