Huey85,
You could always try putting back in your Original Keypad just to check that it is indeed the keypad thats knackered?
I didn't pry mine out like they show in the video? (seems a stupid way to remove the keypad) I took off the top/front cover and then took off the internal slider unit. Much easier and safer. The Keypad just falls out.
A thing on the videos that for the life of me I cant figure out WHY they did it? During the Disassembly - after removing the Back Cover they show you that its now EASY to remove the SD-Card Door. Ok that looked easy enough, but then the guy disguards the Back Cover and SD-Card Door until he reassembles the phone. He then reattaches the SD-Card Door?
WHY! did he remove the door in the first place???

Mate, its not the S60 keypad that's knackered, its the Multimedia Keypad (the Music Keys).

Well, I got my parts today and was just about set to go for it when I noticed that the camera cover shutter was not functioning properly, -not opening/closing with the little slider-.
Pretty gutted really, but I've waited this long so I'll get the seller to send me another, -from the other side of the world-, rather than me forking out on a replacement.

I've already bought 2 diff sets of covers and BOTH sets came with a camera cover shutter, both of which only worked once first time in testing. I just left the old shutter in.

here's a link to a post with some photos of my modded up N95 with the Black Housing - as you can see I kinda reverted back to some of the OEM bits to make it look a little more flashy - I did however keep the black slider module but reverted back to the OEM silver part that holds the multimedia keys and shows at the top of the numeric keys
