Awful customer service from ExpertShield.com?

I have read a lot of raves about the Expert Shield and decided to order one from myself. Did you all buy yours from ExpertShield.com, or from another retailer?

I ordered one last week from their site, but it was stuck on "processing" for a week even after my CC was charged. Every time I e-mail them to ask about when it will ship, they keep sending me the same cookie-cutter message that it usually takes 24 hours to ship and they would notify me otherwise (of course, they haven't). I am absolutely fed up with this, but there seems to be no way I can even cancel my order, because if I try to ask them to do that, they'll ignore the message and just send me the same message again.

Anyone else had similar experience, or can anyone else suggest an alternative product?

try calling them (1-888-940-9663). you might wanna cancel it coz it's not recommended. it only covers the back part and the screen so you still get scratches on most parts of your phone.

dayene: the expertshield screen protector as a standalone is a fantastic product. I dont use a case for my phone which is a risk i am willing to take but for a screen protector nothing matches the expertshield. I got an invisible shield first and threw it out within 15 minutes of opening the envelope.
