Yeah-
"Sorry, SanDisk 8GB Micro SDHC Card (code: SDSDQ-8192-E10M) is out of stock. "
So, like Salada says, not fake, just not released yet.
So... lie?

That site has been advertising 8GB MicroSD cards on pre-order for a while now.
I'm waiting to see a pic from the OP of the card itself... placed across a newspaper date-header ... Until then...
I suspect I may be waiting some time...

Look he say above he has a N95 and an 8 gig card. Have him pull the card and take a picture with of the card on top of the box the Nokia came in. If he refuses or fails to do it I suggest you take the added step of banning him too.

Now, look, I don't want to unnecessarily heat up the situation, but the thing attached to your 8GB card is a Nokia N95, it has a 5MP camera, and built in Flickr upload. It should take you 2 seconds, not two days.
I can't be bothered waiting two days for a photoshop'd picture. Unless you are of course one of the exclusive card testers, who would then have to work for one of the large device makers?
From CDRInfo: SanDisk's development of 6 GB and 8 GB microSDHC cards has reached the point where it has begun giving samples of them to smartphone makers for testing and evaluation.
That was posted over a month ago. It surely isn't going to go from that to market in one month.
From 'El Reg, posted at the end of June: No sooner did Toshiba announce a 4GB Micro SDHC memory card to match the one SanDisk put out just recently - reviewed here - but SanDisk took the lead again, this time announcing the first ever 6GB and 8GB Micro SDHC cards.
Like the Toshiba card, the two new SanDisks are rated at Class 4, meaning they have a sustained write speed of 4MBps.
High capacities and write speeds are all very well, but when will we be able to get our hands on the new products? Alas, SanDisk couldn't say - "later in 2007" was the best date the company could put on the parts' release.
So I think it's safe to say these aren't on shelves.
But if you're good at cleaning up grainy pictures to try and fool people, you can find one on the Register Page here: SanDisk promises 8GB Micro SDHC card... sometime | Reg Hardware
Happy Photoshopping!
