I was wondering if there would be a way to display the themes Mr G etc load up?

For example, a link to a page with all the pictures gallary style, and clicking on one would bring you to the post (with download link in, comments etc).

Would be an extremely good way to pick the ones you want, as I recently stuck a load of software on a family members 8GB and only had time to look for a few themes.

Only problem, is that the theme previews which are posted are often very big and would not be very detailed if made into a thumbnail. Making our own thumbnails for shortcuts would be ALOT of work. But a nice idea all the same, if anyone's got the effort? :P

Well if you want to make it look ultra good, you could have a page of thumbnails which enlarge when the mouse is over them.

It does sound like a lot of hard work and this site isn't mainly a theme site,but i think the themes section is holding it's own at the moment,if it aint broke then don't fix it.

Hmmm, I like the idea very much. However even in HTML it will be difficult. Probably better to be a PHP or use some javascript. Other option is some sort of .swf file which can be easily edited.

If you want it done I have HTML and some Java and PHP experience. Also it could be a external site which people can look at and then come back to N95 Users.

With the work going on over at NU, I doubt anything like this is going to be worked on for some time
