Cannot update or debrand

I have just got home from the shops with my shiny new N94 8gig and want to debrand and update the firmware.I am on V11.0026 at the moment.I changed my product code to 0534841 and tried but the updater said there is no new version so i changed my product to 0534844 and tried a gain.Still the same.

How do i upgrade to the new V20 that peolpe are talking about.

The phone has just come from the local 02 shop.

Do you mean N95 8GB? If so there is no V20 for 8GB the latest is V15

I did do the search first and did what spooks says but the only thing i did wrong was i put in a n95 1 product number instead of the 8gig version.Now i have the option to upgrade but i need to fully charge my battery first.

I'l let you know how i get on.

I have just completed to update and all seems ok at the moment i will be changing the product code back to the original one to be on the safe side for the warranty issues.
