one question though, wont a firmware reinstall restore my warranty with nokia as well?? how would they know if the phone has been hacked or not??

a bit of a noob question here but i hacked my phone so i could install un signed apps, trying to follow this guide, do i have to have caps ON/OFF i thought the idea of hacking for unsigned apps was so i didnt need caps on/off?
