Question watch .avi's on n95?

i dunno if this is a noob question, but is there a way hack the default media player on the N95 to view avi files? Its such a pain to constantly convert tv series i download just to watch once and then delete!

and if theres no way to hack real player, is there some other 3rd party software you can download?

Thanks!

Is there anything close to VLC player for N95? Divx player works well but some of the videos I upload dont have sound. I can only assume this is because of the codecs it uses. I know I can re-encode them, but then that kind of defeats the purpose of having the dvix player in the first place. I could just re-encode in mp4 format and use the default real player... any ideas?

what would be handy for the N95 is a mobile version of the K-lite codec pack...this would solve everyones woe's when it comes to codec issues

Question on the N95 8Gig GPS

Hi everyone ,
I am looking at getting the N95 8 Gig, but as I understand it you have to pay for the GPS service my questions are,

1. Is this true that you do have to pay for the GPS function.

2. Is there a unlock program somewhere.

Any help on these matters would be much appreciated
