Do you have any other active connections open ?
Try rebooting your phone, closing down PC Suite. Loading all back up and connecting it again.

If it's not letting you access the memory card in mass storage. It's because something is already accessing it. Or trying to at the same time.
Are you connecting the cable direct to USB and not through a mutli USB hub ?
Also try - Menu - Tools - Settings -Connection - USB - Data Transfer - Ask On Connection make sure is "Yes"

3) Install and run HelloCarbide, go to options, then choose menu1. Keep pressing yes until it closes.
4) Switch to X-Plore and copy installserver.exe into the "c:\sys\bin\" folder of your phone.
5) Restart your phone.
6) Install ROMPatcher.sisx and enjoy all the freedom that ROMPatcher gives you.

I'm looking for the "c:\sys\bin\" folder using X-Plore, but I can't find it.
Any ideas please?

The folder is only shown once you've got Y Browser open and ran Hellocarbride properly.
