How to make it louder

Pardon me if this had been asked but i could not find in the search...

how can i hack the phone so that the volume of the mp3 i'm playing is louder.??
I had just bought a noise cancelling headphones and last week i took a 3 hours flight...
the volume of the player is at 100% but still not loud enough for me.
this is also true when i used the standard headphone..Even in a quite environment it still dont give me the ummpph that i required
FYI, most of my mp3s are 128 -190 bits ... but it still wont do enough for me..

FYI too, i got the luxury to go for audiometric testing for my ear every month and none of the result showed i have hearing impairment .. :)

i read it somewhere that it can be done.... without hacking the hardware.....

can somebody please tell me...

i really appreciate any helps from you guys...

thanks

Try downloading and installing LGCJukebox. I believe this takes the volume a little higher.

Word of warning - be extremely careful not to use it louder with the phones unplugged. Im pretty sure Ive partially blown the speakers on my 6110 by playing quake (which in the early versions, came on waaay too loud).

They just dont sound right at higher volumes anymore :(

thanks...
yesterday i install the trial version....test it over the noise canceling headphones... the sound level is the same except when i play around with the equalizers and test it and got a bit louder on the same song if compared play with the standard player...
The different is just small but i need to test in a more noisy environment....
will update soon....

but this also doesnt effect the video..i had a few rock video clips and cant get the volume that i wanted...

VERY TRUE, i've blown the speaker on my old 6620 with the third party mp3 players. If different software doesn't work , you can always try to increase the Equilizer Gain. Most mp3 apps offer the gain function. It is the leftmost slider in the equilizer and usually has +12 on top and -12 on the bottom (Careful not to max out the low range slider by mistake). Try incremental adds to avoid any possible damage to your devices. Hope it helps a bit!
