Upgrading & debranding to V21 TMobile

i have a nokia n95 (v 14.0.001, 19-02-08 ,RM 159) it did have the Tmobile Uk product code i then changed it by using nss to 0536062 Euro1, when i try upgrading to v21 the phone turns of and then reboots it self and the Nokia software says to take the battery out, etc... how could i solve this problem?

Are you trying the upgrade with a fully charged battery ?

Also it may help is you remove the memory card, and perform a hard reset to wipe the phone first.

yh i am updating on a fully charged battery and i took out the mem card nd formated it..it still resets it self wot should i do
