How do i install purple theme from N95-1 to n95-2?

Hiya,

Sorry for creating a new thread but im stuck on this one.

I have followed this guide...

But it appears to be for the N82. I have tried it on my n95-2 with no joy. Ive created the folder in E: and C: memory and nothing appears in my themes.

I hate the new themes on my N95-2. Thier either black/grey or brilliant white!

I loved the Nseries 1 theme on my n95-1 (the purple&blue one) and would like to know how i can install it. I have the files from the thread i mentioned above. Just need to know how from someone who has done it.

Use winrar to unzip the file, extract the sis file for the theme you wish to use, then simply transfer it from your computer to your N95 via bluetooth, and once received (as a text message) it will auto-install.

EDIT- Just tried it myself. I see what you mean. No sis files. Mmmm

The files are the ones extracted from the N95 so they arent .sis files.

themepackage.mbm
themepackage.mif
themepackage.skn

i can easily install themes the normal way. Its just this isnt normal lol

I agree, i too would like to know how to install them, as I too, like you am not keen on the default themes on my N81 lol.

I do believe, anything is possible with the N95.

apart from having a the purple (n95-1) theme on N95-2!

I cant wait for someone to prove me wrong and make me look silly!

would you want to try my repack? but it seems to work only if you install on memory card. but then again im not sure, perhaps its conflicting with the same theme i already have on the phone. i can't test installation on mass memory since i have the N95-1

its the nseries 2 theme. ignore the nseries 1 name. misnamed it during the compilation. might need a hacked phone

how's the structure in your theme menu? do you already have Nokia Nseries 1-4 by default?

Thanks for the file, just installed it and when i select it from the theme menu..

I guess the N95-2 doesnt like it.
