No, they are two different and incompatible firmwares, as evident from the two different massive threads dedicated to each of them.
Reading either of these threads, which you can find by looking around the forum without even using the search function, would have provided you with the answer that you have a network-branded handset for which V.20.0.016 is indeed the latest available firmware version for it.
If you want to have V.30, you need to debrand your phone - tons of threads on the subject in the forum.
