I dont know how far these mobiles can go, but i do know that on a wireless network with a pc you can hack a wireless wep and wpa password..

would our phones ever be able to do this?

Seriously kid, your debute on this forum isnt great. Asking for hacked software even before its out, asking for a program to hack someones wireless... pffft.

WEP is fairly trivial but WPA, although it is theoretically possible, would take you a long time to crack.

The N95 should be able to crack WEP, you have now been assigned the task of writing the application to enable this.

stop bothering the leet haxzor he needs to get to work lol

but really some people r getting a little hight and mighty on this. if this actually did come out, I'd use it. I'm not talking cracking some poor guys network and use all his bandwidth or crush his system, just use a little to do a little browsing. I'd help but my coding is a little rough around the edges, and the last thing i made was a old 'Zelda' type game in C++ 12th grade and a little MYSQL for work lol

not to mention having to hack up the drivers (if indeed drivers are used) for the wireless card to operate in monitor mode before you can even start to capture packets.

Not to mention the hardware would have to support it, the drivers would have to support it, you'd have to have an application written, and then even after all that and more, you'd have to keep your N95 in the same place for hours on end to capture enough packets to be able to brute force an AP anyway, not exactly practical.

So, I suggest to all who were hoping for this to silently exhale now, before you pass out from lack of oxygen. :D
