You will need a program called Nemesis Service Suite (NSS) you can get it from here Downloads : B-phreaks Online Shop, Your Source For Mobile Phone Unlock Solutions
go down to where it says Nemesis Service Suite Beta 1.0.38.12 (zip file,6.3 MB) and download the install the program when you're done plug your phone to your computer through your USB cable then open the program called NSS go to the top right corner where it says scan for new devices or the magnifire icone then go to phone info second box from top left and click that you'll see a new menu on the right side you'll see box called product code: in the empty spot type the new language code make sure to put a check mark in the box to the right side where it says enable, then go to bottom right where it says Write and click that, you're all done the new code will kick in, after that close the program and go to nokia software updat an update your phone even if it tells you you have the same firmware just update anyways and when its done you'll have the new language pack installed in your phone. Long process put its worth it, and it works.

Any Help for the N95-3 users who want to add arabic Language to it, is that possible?
(A 8G Memory card is installed on the phone.)

The only way is to install fontrouter and find the font that you need. Don't worry about installing font with a hard disk, there's a way to move the data file ( fontrouter.ini ) to phone memmory and edit the ini to work on phone memory. Find it urself:)
