Not sure if I have posted in the correct section or not, but I have been having problems sending SMSs. i posted a thread in the 'its broke' section and got told to check my firmware.
seeing as the phone is pretty old now (my mum gave it to me because she upgraded to the 8gb and she has had it since the
n95 first came out pretty much) the firmware running on it was very old.
i went onto the nokia site to download the latest firmware update, however when i run the nokia programme on the computer and try to update, it says the connection is down, or the firewall is blocking it. however this is untrue as my net is working and i have turned off my firewall.
help anyone? :[
