Updater claims my software is already up-to-date.

After much procrastination, I finally decided to backup and update the software on my phone today. I've got an Australian N95-3 (RM-160), currently running v10.2.006. But, when I run the Software Updater, it says I'm already up to date.

I'm new to all this stuff, and I've read something about changing the product code via NSS or something. Do I need to do that? I saw the thread about the software updater rejecting phones that have changed this code, so what do I need to do in order to get the latest firmware on my phone?

Thanks.

Never mind, looks like I'd read one website too few. Got it sorted now.

Probably on the Telstra network... Just be careful mate... People have debranded and updated before not realising they'll lose their Telstra settings..

Yeah, I'm on the Telstra network. Luckily, all went well. I used the NAM product code, and it all went fine. I was sure to backup EVERYTHING before doing the upgrade. I just restored it afterward, and all my settings were restored (with the exception of some Telstra-specific programs, which were useless to me anyway).
