Ridiculously slow n95!
Hi everyone, I have v21 n95-1 which is unbranded
I have installed an 8GB memory stick, and am experiencing VERY slow loading times.
For example, when i go to the gallary, it flashes no images or video, then proceeds to load for over a minute beofre fiannly showing some blank thumbnails which themsleves load very slowly.
Clicking the 'view last image' button next to the camera trigger also takes equally as long
I've only got about 200 pics on it (although about 1000 songs)
Any ideas why this is happening/how to stop it? |

nothing - when i load up the gallery i ensure that everythign else is closed down. is it normal for it to take this long with larger memory cards?

No, its not normal. I, and many other members are running 8GB MicroSD memory cards without any issues with speed.
Could you list your installed applications.?
Do you have Messenger installed? If so, remove it, and let us know if that helps.

the phone doesnt have any pictures in the phone mempory so doesnt load (and therefore does not take ages!)
but surely this is not just a memory card problem? which memory stick do you use?

Sandisk 8GB MicroSD.
Check in your application manager for anything thats not installed, or titled a series of numbers.
Also, some themes have caused issues in the past.
