I emailed them a while back pretending to be a small games programming company of one person XD... which isn't far off, i *do* program things on the PC. They replied within a few days and now I can sign SIS's to my heart's content! I hope they get their new account registration thing working on their site though, it was a slow process!
By the way, not trying to self-advertise too much here but if people want a simple virus-free SIS signing application to use with their .cer and .key files, I've made one where you drop a SIS file into it and it signs it no problem. If anyone wants it I'll upload it somewhere and link it here

I believe hey have now re-enabled registration, if you go on symbian-signed.com and click register in the top right it takes you to a wizard to create a new account!

I get "The registration is temporarily disabled for this email domain" i am with blueyonder and i have tryed several other address with different domains no joy.

Any help will be much appriciated

Don't despair (yet!) Everyone seems to get that result atm... Keep trying it once or twice a day, eventually that dumb site will be functioning correctly... It took them several months before even the 'Register' option appeared again after they removed it for an 'update'...

Hey... I don't know whether my post was deleted or what happened but I posted here earlier and it's gone now. Still, it's true that symbiansigned.com is now online again!!! And because of this I've added a wizard to QuickSignSIS to help people getting a certificate file if they need to!
