n95 8gb sms storage !

ok so i got a n95 8gb recently after tons of thinking and reviews. now the problem is i am used to storing sms on the flash card in this case it will be mass memory. when i do that and connect it with data cable and put in data transfer mode it wont let me, it says change the settings to phone then. after i change the sms store to phone it works. anyways to bypass this. basically i want to store sms on 8gb and use data cable with data transfer. dont think its possible as of now. so im gettin all my sms on the phone as of yet.

With the N95 classic you can access your text messages via either PC Suite or an extra entry in Windows Explorer, which gives you access to the phone memory.

you can put your messages in mass memory and when you want to use data transfer mode, change it to phone memory then back to mass memory when you're done. this is only a suggestion...
