Ideally we need pics of front of phone with slider opened each way, sides and top & bottom plates , front of battery showing logo (hologram) + close-up of inside battery compartment (obscure part of IMEI number tho).
EDIT: Read here on how to check for genuine Nokia battery.

Something dont look right, but can't quite put my finger on it, apart from camera lense not closing right, and the usb plug looking off centre.
Battery being made in Hungry. Sure that should be China.
Do you have some dead pixels too?

looks like a real phone to me. was messing with mine and didnt find any options for flight mode after changing to offline. maybe a hard reset will cure it?

If it IS a fake, it's a darned good one! I notice that there's no water-damage tell-tale pad in the battery compartment and that the wording on the battery doesn't match mine... Does the battery pass the hologram ID test that I linked to?
You might try a hard reset by this method... "Power off phone. Press and hold Green, * and 3 and keep them held whilst powering on and for a few seconds after, if kept pressed this formats without asking for Security Code confirmation."
