Well, interesting would be the firmware version, cause possible that the on the mobile is still the old 11.0.026. I am not sure whether on this FW version the wording was still V-Center, cause i flashed straight away to the 12.0.013 when i got mine.
Also you could check whether the IMEI is the same as written on the back and on the box.

The battery looks wrong, says li-polymer at the top. Also, the speaker covers are different to mine, hard to explain but mine look more rounded and slightly curved, his look flatter. I suppose the easiest way to explain it is they look 'cheap'.

His USB, apart from being wonky, you can see the join at the top. Mine does not look like that. Mine has no space.

Look at the first pic, see the huge gap between the slider and the main part of the phone, mine sits flush.

The writing around the camera lense also does not line up the same as mine. Although this could be just the angle or something.

The infra red port looks like it is sunk into the casing slightly, mine sits flush.

The symbol on the memory card cover is also different.

Even the headphone socket is not quite the same.

The camera next to the earpiece appears to protrude further.

The label above the sim card slot is written in a different font to mine, aswell as most of the info being slightly different or just not there.

That screen is just pants, anyone say Lego?

Some of the things I have noticed may just be due to the fact I am looking at close up pics, others may be manufacturing changes or whatever. Either way it is actually quite different to mine when I have a close look.

It's a good fake but there are lots of very little differences to my n95-1. Mine also has "Nseries" on the battery cover.

Think the easiest way to know for sure is to try and do a software update - ie see if the Nokia up date software recognises the phone.

i'm checking this thread on my phone i can't really see photos that clear...inside the phone, the FCC ID: PDMRM-159 IC:661R-RM 159...is yours different and says FCC ID: PONRM?
