Answer Phone On Phone?

Is there an app that will setup a VM feature on the phone itself?
I hate being charged to call my VM so if the phone recorded the message on no reply it would be pretty good. I understand it would be limited to calls on no reply as oposed to divert on busy and we all know you can't divert on nut. I guess you can proberly do immediate divert.

I know there are a few programs round that do this, found this with a quick Google search (haven't tested it though)
