Hello all,

a question to the wise if I may,

I have had success with Symbian Open signing recently and have installed some apps. I downloaded and successfully singed RocknScroll. Then installed it without any problems whatsoever. However now, it appears in the applications menu, but when I open it, nothing happens. No error messages or any indication that there is a problem. There is simply a momentary pause as though its about to open, then the menu screen again.

Any ideas?

have u installed the Accelerometer plugin to your 'phone' memory?? it has to be installed first before you can make rocknscroll work .

Yes,

I currently have
RotateMe, FlipSilent, MirageMoney and Accelerinvaders all working perfectly.

Usually I just reboot my N95

Also I noticed Rock N Scroll does not open when certain other apps are running. For example Rock N Scroll wont open when I have Activity Monitor running. Maybe it doesnt like sharing the accelerometer

That's it.
I always have Flipsilent and RotateMe running in the background. When I closed down these applications then suddenly RockNScroll worked fine.

Unfortunately, it doesn't fix the problem though - If I have to choose which application I want, then RocknScroll loses out.

do you guys have the latest version?? the first one had problems running side by side with other accelerometer apps, but its supposedly been fixed with the 1.01 beta .

Mine's the 'version beta 1' . There doesn't seem to be anything in the details other than that but if I remeber correctly, the version was quoted as 0. something??? Does this sound right?

You shouldnt have to turn FlipSilent off, I have the two running all the time.

hhmm, well i know beta 1 didn't work on my phone at all, but it seems to have been fixed in beta 1.01. Did you download yours from the keynetik forum?? cos the latest download link is for beta 1.01 .
