Hi everyone!
I just saw this post (so maybe I'm commenting a bit late), and because I'm from Israel, I may be able to explain some things.
First of all, eyeSight was developed in Israel.
The developers chose to restrict (for now) the program only for israel.
so even if i translate the download page for you, you won't be able to get Ninja Strike.
For now, we can all just be patient that they will decide to let eyeSight out of Israel.
