Irremote for N95 8G

My bro, I recently installed Ir remote to my N95 8G. The installation progress is fine but when I press a key, it's says " feature not support". Very puzzzed about that. Does anyone have any idea about whats wrong with ít? I've installed it 2 times but the same problem occcurs:(. thanks in advance:)

are you sure you are installing the right one? i mean the one for s60 v3?

I have the right one, I have finished installing the 3 file to the phone and no problem occured, only when I choose a devide to control, the problem broke out:(

never used this program in my life, but it's worth trying.... tools > infra red

and making sure that it's actually enabled via there before using it. might make a difference maybe. not sure though! thats a random guess.

big_fella_andy - basically once the program is installed, you choose a device to control (tv, vcr, dvd etc.) and then choose a brand (toshiba , hitachi...) which will then basically display a remote control for the device. He is having a problem while selecting the device, not while changing a channel or controlling the volume and stuff. Also, i have this program installed and have never had to manually turn on the IR.
trungdaika, did you buy the program or are you using one of the demo copies? because as far as i know, irremote is not freeware. correct me if im wrong.

my demo copy lasted 1 day only. looked a promising program but not willing to pay $30Aud for something i only tested for 5 mins

i tried this and remove it after trial is over...
kinda awkward using it because the IR port is on the left side.... and the distance coverage is only a few meters....
