Task Manager or command line

Hello,

Would someone suggest and app that acts like task manager - so I can see what processes are running?

Is there a command window - like a unix prompt where I can type in my navigation - use wild cards and get file info or execute files?

I'd personally love a command-line interface for the S60 but I have no idea if there would be any functionality to support it... Not that I know much about the S60 interface as it is though...! Doh!
