Unknown app trying to install itself

Not sure where to post this.

I recently updated the firmware on my N95 and now if i have to restart the phone it comes up with "installing" then after a few seconds "untrusted app, install from app manager".

Not sure what is trying to install itself. would it be best to format the mem card?

any other ideas?

It'll be an application on your memory card.

Connect via Data Storage, or Remove memory card. Back Up Music and Images etc, and then format the card.

It's likely to be a theme, or a program you had prior to the update.

no need to format, if you go into the app manager and remove all the oddly named apps all marked as 'not installed' then reboot, this will go away.

It's defintely a theme that is trying to install, I had this problem for ages and ignored it but it started bothering me so I just zapped a few themes and viola!
