i had this problem too, here is how i solved it:
[DISCLAIMER: part of this involves running an app which S60 system protections - i think it does so temporarily (until reboot) but YOU SHOULD READ THE DIRECTIONS BEFORE USING THEM and be sure that you're comfortable with the fact that I DON'T KNOW ALL THE POTENTIAL CONSEQUENCES of these actions. that said, i did this 10 minutes ago and it worked for me without a hitch]
1. using PowerBoot, i witnessed a RUNNING app that looked suspicious: C:/sys/bin/juicecasterlistener.exe (name was a lot like this, started with 'juice', sorry i can't be sure i've remembered the name right)
2. since i saw that the app was running, and had the path and name, i deleted the file. it's not straight-forward though, the location where the file is stored... it's a protected location.
3. to allow access to C:/sys/bin, i used HelloCarbide (search for 'hacking S60' and you'll find lots of links to this app). running HelloCarbide, i used the same steps as the S60 hacking people suggest: Launch HelloCarbide -> Options -> Menu1 ; here i got a LONG set of yes/no prompts. i answered YES to the first, NO to the rest. i don't know if anything but the first prompt matters, or if answering YES to any of the 2nd+ prompts would be bad...
4. answering YES to the first prompt fomr HelloCarbide's Menu1 option 'unprotects' C:/sys/bin (i dont know what else it does, but a reboot afterwards seems to reset the protection to that folder so i assume it also undoes any other maleffects).
5. at this point i used X-plorer (Y-Browser should work too) to browse to C:/sys/bin and remove the file (note: it was the ONLY file that started with 'juice...' in this location).
6. After this, i rebooted, took a picture, and was happy to see that i wasn't asked to upload to a stupid service (which is bested by its free alternatives anyhow, like Kyte, OVI, LocR, etc).
happy hunting!
