I just finally re-loaded Conversation after upgrading my firmware months ago, yes I'm lazy. I can't remember if it was this way with the previous firmware, but when I get a new txt message it opens in Messaging, not Conversation. Is there a way to change that?

Nope can't do it. New messages will still open in the native messaging app. Conversation is still in beta so you could provide feedback suggesting this as an option though.
