Mail for Exchange Problems

Hi All,

I have an N95 running "NokiaN95/2.05(5)MailforExchange" however whenever I try to sync mail the response comes back saying that my account is disabled, which I have confirmed is not the case.

The server is configured to push a policy that requires that the device requests a PIN to unlock before accessing the phone.

I have been told that Mail for Exchange on the N series phones do not support this feature and I have been able to sync my mail account on an E series phone.

Can someone confirm that this is the case i.e. that the N series phones do not support the policy pushed down from the server ?

Regards,
Gavin

I quote from Nokia's website:
Quote:
Non-Eseries devices do not support the security features that many network administrators enforce. This can prevent Mail for Exchange from synchronizing data to your device. If you think you may be experiencing this problem look in File manager > MailForExchange > admin_log.txt for the text, "This device is unable to implement all requested password policies." Currently the only solution for this is to reduce the server security requirements
