my math is really rusty, but to get a certain percentage number you can use this:

(0,0052*X)+3,62=V

X is the percentage you want, and V is the voltage you get, ex.

(0,0052 * 85) + 3,62 = 4,06V

to go the other way use:

((V-3,62)/0,52)*100=X

V is the voltage you want to find the percentage(x) of, ex.

((4,06 - 3,62) / 0,52 ) * 100 = 84,6%

ps. These and the other percentages i posted earlier are just what i found my phones max and min values where. A n95-2. Don't know if the other n95's have different voltages for min/max.

This is useful stuff. When i charge my battery i get a full 4.14 showing, will it show this even if the battery is knackered ? On standby i get about 45 hours from full, no apps running. Is this accurate to the condition of the battery, i.e. Would a brand new battery show more hours remaining on nokia energy profiler? Has someone a old and new battery they could test this out on please. Considering buying a new battery, but not sure if i'll get much more life or not

Is is possible to make the energy profiler program listen to say, your earphone jack? That way you could use your n95 as a wickedly portable oscilloscope...
