BBC Iplayer 1.5 Released!!! TV + RADIO
Yes, it was only two days ago when bbc released the first public beta of iplayer to the s60 community and NOW. They have updated us with the ability of both TV AND RADIO including new features such as 3G support for curtain UK networks. AND the ability to DOWNLOAD PROGRAMMES in 3GP format!!!

Previously Released 1.0 only included TV support. With no 3g access and only allowed access to some of the BBC's Iplayer programmes.
Bbc iplayer 1.0 for s60 released!!!

Downloaded and installed However, the video only plays over 3g, which I cancelled due to no data plan. No option to connect over wifi. Only on start up.
Radio was coming back with " Unavailable at the moment"

Hmm, mines working perfectly (As before) erm maybe you need to set your connection details in real player to work with wifi.

Well it works great with Three. I do know Three UK have a deal with Nokia and the BBC to include it in their firmware. So im guessing thats what it means.

Update, working like a dream.
Set Realplayer to use my home Wifi.
Connected via wifi.
Clicked on buzzcocks, loaded up perfect. ASR into landscape was flawless too!

you now have the option to download and watch at you leisure without a connection at all. This is a fantastic feature, download at home for free and watch with no streaming problems or lag.
Saying that, I'm downloading as we speak and the Internet has 'timed out' and now is downloading some BBC activation key!?
