As far as I know yes.
Yahoo! Mobile. Introducing Yahoo! Go 3.0.
You need to install "Onesearch" latest version, not sure if that is part of the Yahoo.

At Yahoo! Front Page there is a link which says "Get a faster oneSearch experience (New)". That link will lead to a download to install the onesearch. |

I ended up getting everything in german,  so i searched google on my phone for yahoo go. 
i think its get.go.yahoo.com
