N95 as webcam

I've got this software from a friend, but I don't know if it's freeware or not. (Probably not!)
So I won't post everything I know.

This software is installed on your computer and N95, and makes your phone act like a webcam.
Works with both bluetooth and USB.

This is what I used:
Warelex Mobiola WebCam USB v1.04 S60v3 OS9.1

Mobiola Web Camera 3 (S60v3)

What software is this? I'm rather skeptical that this can work via bluetooth

You'd get about 5 min usage, before it drained the battery!

I have not tried WiFi.
It uses alot of battery, but if your plugged in while using it..

I think its a usable piece of software.

Thanks fillabom. ProyectHunter has also provided us a link to this as well as another software BTWebCamera in the Camera Subforum under General 95. Got to try it.

I realised that both these applications do not support wifi (only USB and Bluetooth). Have you come across any such (webcam) applications that support wifi or 3G cos as we know bluetooth isn't good for video streaming?

Hi, I wonder if any of you have tried using ComVu Pocketcaster which allows you to stream live videos to the internet via wifi,3G,GPRS, etc.

ComVu - Live Mobile Video Broadcasting & User-Generated Video Sharing - "Live from the palm of your hand!"

It's currently Beta version, however, they will introduce pricing later.
It seems, it even supports automated geo-tagging.
