Hi

ive come from a sony ericcson c902 and there was a feature that stored your recently used sms contacts so you didnt have to search through your contacts eveytime you send a txt.

so when you click to it gives you your last 5 sms contacts + an option to go to your contats.

is there anywhere on the phone you can set that or any software you can addon.

textquick is the right app. try it. i've used it on all my phones. it's one of my 'must have apps'.

The funny thing is, that this is a feature that appears on some Nokia series 40 phones! Why it doesn't appear on S60 is beyond me. Same goes for the '1 New Message' text which also says who its from on S40 phones.

What I do is just type the first 3 letters of their name into the "to" box, press the ok button and it puts them in if there is only one contact with them letters, or else displays a list of contacts with those letters, it very handy!!!!

Exactly, and i thought they were meant to be smart phones.

I wouldn't want that. At least I would like to be able to switch it off :D
