How to change Operator Logo?!

Hi I made my logo disappear but can't find a way to change it... i tried installing FExplorer but the phone just says 'Installing FExplorer is not allowed'...

Any encountered the same problem? did you make it go away?

and masterdjz the fexplorer way doesnt seem to work...but remember its only a beta so far
