Nokia N95

Hi there!!

First of all, I would like to thank you guys (jkoppee, sp00k, Micky, etc) because you got loads of information in here... right, although I spend the whole morning and afternoon on the forum, I wasn't able to find the info I need. Basically I found the forum today and decide to upgrade my firmware, I got an N95 8gb with V20.0.016... and here is the problem, because before I had opera, mobitubia and rotateMe, but now with this version I can't get them to work...

To be honest I'm not too bother about opera anymore but I really want mobitubia asap.

I tried to change the date a couple of other things but it won't work... what should I do?

Btw: I've tried to hack the N95 to allow installation of unsigned apps but with this version I can't do so... :S:S:S

Have you got the latest versions of all the software to hack the phone and allow unsigned apps ?
When i debranded mine and went through the process again i think it was hellocarbide i couldn't install because it was an old version i was using before.

Worth checking and maybe someone will help you further if needed.

Well i think so... Will have a look later for the latest versions but i cant install either, y browser or hellocarbide.

Could anybody get us a link for the latest versions? If not i'll try and find them later at home.

Have you upgraded your firmware to V30, or to V20.0.016 from an even older version.

If your now running V30, its not possible to hack V30 at this time.

I've upgraded to V20.0.016 before I had V10.something I believe... is it possible to hack V20.0.016? If so what am I doing wrong?

I still have not hacked any of my N95's to be honest, but from what i have read, V20 can be hacked.

Hacking the OS (Operating System) to enable the installation on unsigned applications.
